Where is the error log? (PATH--> AppData/Program Files (x86) ???)
Because there was an error Out Of Memory
but I can not copy the error out of the window because I think suspended

There is no error log as the file.
You can send error log directly from the exception dialog or press Copy to clipboard button - again directly from the exception dialog.

It does not work CTRL + C / V if this error occurs.

It should be errorlog, how to enable -debug?

There is still possibility to send error log via e-mail - you can use it to open mail client with prefilled message and get a log from it.
Error log servers to me to find a problem.

I know where the problem is but it is not possible to solve.
This behavior occurs when the application stack is exhausted.
To solve this issue, increase the heap size of the application.

PSPad is 32bit application. It's limited by 2GB of memory as any 32 bit's application. There is no possibility to increase heap size as you wrote.
If you open big file, do several bigger operations you consume memory with undo stack.

And you are right, PSpad isn't projected to work with hundreds MB files.

You are great. If the program in the future will still be developed to not forget about the 64-bit version

Please notice, that each 32b application is limited by 2GB of memory.
You are working with big files what can cause very easy consuption of memory.
