For your information:
When closing the 64bit version build 815 I get the same Exception EAccessViolation in module PSPad.exe as in the 812 build.
I have overwritten all files in my current x64 PSP program directory with the files in the latest 32b ZIP-archive.

Hello, everytime opening new version 815 (32bit) it is blocked by firewall of Norton Antivirus, because it is trying to access internet with an invalid digital sign.
Can you fix?
Why does it need to access internet when launching? is it correct or maybe the zipped version contains some malware in the code?

Can you send me address what is PSPad trying to reach?
There is a https request to analytics (https://www.pspad.com/analytics)
Switch it off in the program settings / Update (on the bottom of page)

I haven't the exact address, but Norton AV says it's trying to access host www.pspad.com at 77.78.105.77:443.
I think the biggest problem is that Norton says the program "does not have a digital signature", so it reports the program as a threat. Maybe it's something you can fix.

PSPad has valid digital signature. You can check it in program properties
77.78.105.77 belongs to pspad.com domain (ping www.pspad.com)
So your Norton is paranoid and tells you lie

I don't know why, with previous versions up to 812 it never gave warnings of this type, only 815 version get that alert. Maybe a false positive.

I guess it's false positive.
Disable anynymous statistics in the Program settings / Update as I wrote before
