Hi,
I have a network drive (linux) which has been mapped to drive Z.
I opened a file (unix line-ending) on that drive, did some copyings/pastings (from a file which has DOS line-ending) replacings and pressed Ctrl-S to save.
But latter, I opened that file again, the content was not modified and eventually was truncated.
I also tried many times, sometime it worked. (working normally with Notepad++).
Does anybody have this problem?

If there would be any problem with file save, PSpad would inform you that file can't be saved.

I just had to install PSPad again. Suggestion for standard highlighter settings COBOL: add *.lst (listings) and *.cpy (copy files [kind of include in other languages]) to the standard file mask.

Keep the good work,
human

hello,

First, Sorry for my english

I just installed the latest version and i've seen a little problem :

I use actually an engine template for my personal developpement in php / html, and used variables are like this => {var}

So, problem is : Pspad don't detect the html tag just after.(but an other)
Solution : put a space at the beginning of my variable.

note that problem don't exist with the old version 4.5.4

May be an option that I have not seen?

Hello Jan,

is it possible get paste/copy working in the project tree for the folders? I discussed that with you some years ago, I don't assume you remember it. When I edit an folder item, I want to be able to paste from the clipboard and copy the content to it.

Thanks and greetings

Hello Jan,

when I edit/rename an folder, I want to be able to paste text from the clipboard into that then shown edit field or copy the marked text back to the clipboard with the standard shortcuts for copy/paste.

Thanks and greetings

Jan,
I have more info on the folder locks issue when PSPad is minimized and you then try to delete the folder the closed edited file is in.
It seems to NOT unlock when PSPad is opened via right-clicking a file from Explorer. This seems to always happen when the file is opened from the context menu.
If you open PSPad first then open the file from within the application by either recent list or open dialog PSPad does not maintain lock.
It seems this only occurs via context menu.
This is true on any local drive or unc path.
If you need more info let me know.
Pete
