Curious as to why you always put files such as PSPadShell.dll in the developer build cab files as they haven't been updated since 2009. Surely you could save a little bandwidth by only including updated files in the developer build cab file?

PSPad_Shell.DLL was updated. This is a reason, why i put it into developer builds.
You can use Unregister/register bat files if you are not able to do via PSpad program settings

As I understand, the developer cabs include always all changes to the last stable release...
However:
My problem with the double-click for closing files seems still to cause PsPad to not register external modifikations of loaded Files. This is dangerous for me, because I cannot be sure, if I am developing the new or Old Version of File in PSPad.
BTW my prefered Settings:
CheckDocChanges=1
CheckDeleted=0
It's the same with CheckDeleted=1
Activating the autorefresh for a file reactivates the check for changed files.
Because a normal close of files not seems to have this effect, a little suggestion:
Maybe tabs could have a close-button on them?
Anyway, hope it will be fixed with next release!

In previous versions I've used, if another app updated and saved a loaded file, PSPad prompted that the file had been changed and offered to reload it. That is not happening now. If the same file gets updated elsewhere, the PSPad version does not have the most recent version. Consequently previous file changes can be easily lost if the file gets updated in PSPad. Happened to me.

In 2395, PSPad don´t prompt that the files had been changed for me too, it is very important because our programmers edit files in a same directory.
