Cincura server doesn't know what a 7z file is and so is not sending the correct header.

Yeah, the 7z file is sent as text. Most browsers will open it as "garbled text" consequently. The file can be saved in the browser via the normal "Save as ..." functionality, but it is quite confusing for someone who isn't familiar with this kind of problem.

Thanks for the new build, btw. I love the automatic autocompletion--however pleonastic this may sound. ;)

You can use context menu and "save target as..."

A small bug that it has been persisting for a while: if I select a *single* line and press CTRL-H (Replace) the "Scope" it's set to "Global" rather than "Selected text".

This is behavior by design, not a bug. And user wish.
Find more users who will want to change it and I will change it or make it optional.

global replace: when >1 line selected the scope will be automatically "selected text" = OK
so this only applies when only 1 line selected

And why did you write it here again? I answered same to stefangabos already.
