Notes on PSPad update versions:
this CAB archive contains PSPad.EXE and language files only. Unpack it with subfolders and replace existing files from the last full release

PSPad supports Drop text from another application, if aplication supports it (IE, Word, ...)
Duplicate lines works for block too - it suplicates block now
Scripting support - new function logLineIndex([index]): integer - sets or returns current line index in LOG window
New function New file (Shift+Ctrl+N) - creates new file without dialog
Project from folder function fills now default folder in project settings
Program settings / Proram 1 - new option allows you switch off extended mouse support
Program setings / Direct edit - new variable Code explorer init = 200000. It sets max. file length in bytes. Files over this value sin't parsed automatically in Code explorer and you need to start parsing with Code explorer Refresh button
FTP client - added possibility to go to web page with Winsock error explanation after unsucsessfull connection
Check internet version - new dialog
Corrections
Desktop flash during PSpad start
Search file result with unicode file names
FTP sorting after column drag/drop
mischmashed bookmarks after file Reload

Thanks for the Desktop flash fix, Jan! 
When you set interface language to "English" and click on the "File" menu, you'll notice "Nový..." instead of "New..."

I've found another inconsistency:
Go to Settings --> Program settings --> Editor (part 1): Click on Help button, then click on any setting. The help doesn't open even though there's a chapter explaining those settings.

Do I need to add it manually? I can't find any setting with "Code explorer init" in the name. What is the exact name of that property?
There is HLOnUpToSize, MultiHLOnUpToSize and OpenFileSizeLimit which seem to do something like that.

Thanks for the new build. There is another minor cosmetic issue: First item in Scripts menu is shown in Czech too ("Rekompilace skriptu").
EDIT: Forget this, sorry. Apparently a line was missing in my ini file.

Settings -> Program Settings -> Direct edit (at bottom)
Scroll down abut seven lines and you will see
CodeExplorerLimit=200000
Three lines below OpenFileSizeLimit

Thanks for the update, fixes work for me.
Two minor issues
1) The first download link doesn't work for me. Second one seems fine.
2) In one post above you indicated that you would upload a new version with fixes for the minor cosmetic errors. Re-downloading (for me at least) gets me the same file. Do this mean these will in the next release.

Is there any feautre in PSPAD to select different Lines at a single shot, like in Microsoft word.
Ex: I can select by holding CTRL Key and then selecting 1st Line, 3rd Line,etc..
