Jan, I see your problem. Maybe start with something like what's defined on Wikipedia (that is used by PSPad) and go from there as a starting point. I am sure people who use PSPad will chip in and contribute for the languages they are familiar with.

Professor Bernd:...
1. When I double click to select a word, the caret stays within the word. ...
2. I cannot drag selected text with the mouse. ...
pspad:I updated 623 yesterday due to updater problem.
I have confirmed from czech users that drag/drop works fine in this build. ...
Good that you wrote that, it made me realize that there is a second version with the same number, but from the next day. I made another update (unzipped zip):
from 5.0.7 (623) of 2021-05-04 ...
... to 5.0.7 (623) of 2021-05-05 ...
Now double-click selection and dragging selected text works again!
Thanks for the quick fix!

Jan,
One thing I tend to do is put a preconfigured PSPad.INI in the application folder so that anyone who then uses PSPad for the first time will get a "preset" PSPad.INI copied to their roaming folder. It seems that with the new Updater it removes this file on update; is this something can be avoided or configured or should this be done with Excluded.txt?

Updater doesn't touch pspad.ini
It downloads ZIP
unpack it
go through all unpacked files and backups them
copy all u packed files into pspad folder
It doesnt touch files outside pspad folder and doesn't touch files what are not contained in ZIP
Configuration backup is made by PSPad, when you confirm any update (visit web or start downloader)

Are there indentation lines for VBScript? Is there something that needs to be set?

There is necessary to write codefolding support for VB script highlighter.
