This archive contains modified files only. The correct way how to get full functionality:
1. Download and install latest full version!!!
2. Replace existing files with content of archive
Tip: If you want to speed up start and you don't use FTPS connection, delete files libssl32.dll and libeay32.dll in the root of PSPad.

Yeah! Great! You also forgot about 4-byte UTF-8 and surrogate pairs, they also work fine!

German Umlaute (äöü ...) are broken, they are displayed as a box.

In the normal editor view, the file was saved as ansi. opend in pspad460b2653 without a problem and in pspad460b2656 the umlaut is broken.

Can you send me any your file to support mail?
Can you check regional settings / last tab / System administration if there is German for non unicode applications?

Similar problem here, occured on German system with a file that contained a longer dash (Alt + 0150).

It can be some PSPad cache issue. I got Russian character lost for auto-load files, running this build first time. Close/open file has solved this problem.

The field for "Documentary comments" in Highlighter Setting only allows 2 characters. Is that correct?
