If in PSPad: Setting -> Right Margin 80 (or 0 or 2000)

And as the last switch PSPad interface to English and find option: Position of right edge

This icon identify, tak it's one line and it's wrapped.
You can wrap lines permanently - Menu Format / Block format / Reformat paragraph.
