New version of Silk toolbar

Jan, when you updated the silk icon set for the last build, the background color of some icons was changed:

First I wanted to correct this for you, but then I got carried away and made a new version:

When the credits section of the help file is updated, it would be nice if something like the following could be added:

The Silk toolbar that is distributed with PSPad uses artwork from www.famfamfam.com.

[Speaking of credits, I would prefer if my real name (Jan Schreiber) appeared in the credits for the German dictionary. But this is totally unimportant, it can waaaiiit.]

I will make it into Czech hepl file and I resent this to gogogadgescot who takes carry about English help

Another update. 5 icons changed. The Windows icon has a more Vista-like appearance now, etc.

Another update of the Silk toolbar. New Google and IE icons.

May be time to change Mozilla icon (letter "M" in blue square) to Firefox?

A little more refined Silk:

- set instead of a Magic Wand normal Color Picker icon
- reduced Google icon for a more holistic perception
