FYI, Jan, this fixes a problem I had with 701 where right-clicking on a file in a Windows File Explorer window and choosing "Edit with PSPad" did NOT load the file into the open copy of PSPad. That works with 705 again.
I tried 701 because I noticed that the 598 build I was using (at your recommendation some time back) was not adding ANY files to the "recent" list with "Store for files with local drives only" selected (also at your recommendation). 705 seems to resolve that as well. Sorry, I haven't checked here frequently to see what's going on because the program just WORKS for me.
I did notice some some oddities with the menu bar on 705 -- entries changing location horizontally when the mouse moves over them, and the little notepad icon to the left of "File" was missing.
NOTE: I may have spoken too soon about files getting added to the Recent list again -- after four or five launches, the list remains at just the first two files opened.

Hello.
Files should be added into recent when you close it.
Please check Recent.ini file if isn't corrupted.

Recent.ini doesn't have any visible corruption to my eye. The [Recent] section is at the end of the file, and the file ends with the second "recent" file and a CR/LF. But after that initial success, nothing's being added to it. Toggling the "local" setting doesn't seem to have an effect, either.

When you close file, it immediately appear in the running program recent file list.
But it doesn't update recent.ini immediatelly.

Issue with Text Diff window:
When you double-click in a file to jump to the original text, the text diff control bar, with the file names and the buttons, disappears. Pressing F2 twice brings it back.

I keep getting access violations, and when trying to mail their logs, it got returned with the error "SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: a.mx.pspad.com (81.0.235.44) reason: 550 sorry, permanent envelope failure (#5.7.1)"
I sent some dozen of those emails, maybe the half of them got returned. In the past, I sometimes sent those emails again a bit later, but I will not do that any longer. I will simply send the first one. If that fails, I delete it. It simply costs too much time, and there hasn't been any improvement regarding those access violations.
Maybe you can assign a permanently working email address to the mail log system.
Friendly greetings

Ravelli:I keep getting access violations
you can use e-mail: pspad.info(at)gmail.com
Please send me any of your access violation. Do you use 32b version of 705 build? If not, you can simple replace your 64b build with 32b build.
