I must ask you again. Did you load dark color scheme, like PSPad dark in the program settings / Colors?
If you create your own scheme, you need to set basic text/background color in the Program settings / Colors - light font and dark background.

I did all you asked me, but all i obtained was grey on white. So ok it had the advantage to be visible, instead of white on white, but barely, so i changed directly in the PSPad.ini
Perhaps it's me...
You have all to reproduce the bug... Just put 511's files onto those i sent you and change to PSPad dark Color Scheme... It should put grey on white for results of Search/Replace in files :\

I found problem with specific configuration.

A line does not show the comment color if a $ follows after a #.
