PSPad unicode 5.0.4 (400) English

I found it interesting when I got such request.
It can be used for other purposes, e.g. subtitle translation, some large XML files where you can get lines 1-5, 11-15, 21-25
It's easier to generate number sequence than write scripts for it.

But for the future, I am thining about possibility to hide some functionality to make PSPad menu more narrow. But I still don't know how to start.
I can make a lit and let user choose what he wants to hide
I can create submenu and "hide" some functionality by this way
I can make some menu profiles what will hide some functionality by categories

There is lot of ways and I don't know which one should be used
