There is an archive file inside the zip, but it has no extension. When I extracted this file, and added a zip extension, it is all ok. May this be the solution?

what do you mean? I checked content of archive and I didn't find any archive inside pspad456b2423.zip without extension

I'm talking about version 2426, not 2423.

I am having a similar problem with WinZip. I have reported the problem to WinZip. They requested the URL and are going to check it out and hopfully report back to me their findings.

1] download the package
2] install it /just copy the content of the zip file to PSPad folder (more details in included phreplace.txt file)/
3] start PSPad
4] new menu item should occur in Menu - Scripts - Multiline Search / Replace or press Ctrl-Alt-F
5] a window with two text fields occur - top is Search text, bellow is Replace text

Note: the default hot key Ctrl-Alt-F can be changed to other suitable hot key (I prefer Ctrl-Alt-H) directly in the vbs script phreplace.vbs
