The error message from WinRAR: "..\pspad456b2426.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"
WinZip and 7-Zip can't unpack the package also.

Problem will be on your side. I downloaded it right now and unpacked without problems.
Unpacking tested with WinRar and 7Zip.
Clear browser cache and dowanload it again.

Is it really happens to me only?
I tried on 2 PCs - clear cache + reset - nothing good: WinZip's error "Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive"
The zip's size is 2.75 MB (2,883,641 bytes)(by MS Properties)

Like Jan said, the archive is ok.
I updated my PSPad yesterday.
No problems here.

There is an archive file inside the zip, but it has no extension. When I extracted this file, and added a zip extension, it is all ok. May this be the solution?

It works to me, thank for the tip.

Looks like Trend Office reports PSPadShell.dll incorrectly as a threat, that's why some users think it's corrupt when the archive comes back.
