I know, but I think it should be user's choice if the project tree is virtual or not. This would make some thinks much easier.

Can you add a split on the edited file to have 2 different views on this file.
That compares 2 parts of codes.

undo bug confirmed
i suggest to use 2357 because with the current one can lose part of code because of the newline-undo bug and 2357 is the last without indent bug

Inzabi: if you are not inside <?php ... ?> no syntax is used, no comment, that's OK. If you are inside a comment, it's hilighted OK until the ending php tag ?> is found, thats correct, ?> has higher priority than */.

If you'd bothered to use the search function you would see this is a common problem when using multihighlighting and is remedied by switching to PHP highlighting.
