Perhaps the way Windows 7 loads the .manifest files assocated to the .exe file has changed.
Can you tell me if it works on Vista? Didn't have time to
test current build on my Vista SP2 HE Laptop...
As soon as I have time and desire, I will test it.

hamasaki:Yes, I can confirm the undo isn`t working properly. Once again, I`m reverting back to the previous version.
It seems the problem with undo is only after an autoindend, I don't think is that dangerous.

Unfortunately, I can't. I'd be surprised if it did.
My guess is that the manifest file needs to be embedded as a resource inside the executable. I'll try to embed it manually with Reshack.
Edit: It works. Embedding the .manifest-file inside PSPad.exe with ResHacker brings back Visual Styles support

So I was right with my guess.
Poor PSPAD autor. He tries to make it right for all users
but MS lays stumbling blocks in his way...

I can't confirm this. I'm running Windows 7 x64, and the visual styles work perfectly with build 2374. I'm also running several programs that I originally wrote for Windows XP, and they all use visual styles without any modifications necessary. Maybe those of you having problems with the styles simply should reboot their Windows, since I indeed can confirm problems with the visual styles of programs after changing from embedded manifest to separate file and vice versa. After rebooting these problems were gone.

Its a big problem if you haven`t backed up as it seriously screws up your code. Can`t take the risk, so I`ll wait for the next update.

I agree. I will also wait for the next built.

Two feature requests wich will make the work much easier:
1. If the user creates a new file and save them in a directory of the project, the project manager should capture this file and sort it in the same directory as on drive.
2. Removing files and folders from project should be extended to two options:
- Remove from project only
- Remove from drive and project (with security question)
Hope you like this idea.

1, 2) project folders are virtual. There is no connection project folder to real folder
