Problem with New file is solved
It doesn't meet people who was redefined shortcuts but new users only.

Problem with content of the menu File / Open Special was solved

There is a minor issue with the "Open Special/Recent menu".

The last option before the list of recent files is not in English when the rest of the menu is. I believe it has something to do with deleting the file history as the last word is spelt historie.

I am using 4.5.4 (2342)

I have it correctly translated to Remove non existing recent files
Are you sure, when you download latest build you unpack it with subfolders?

My mistake

You were right in that I did not unpack the language folder.

I can confirm this. Addition: 'Special/Recent files' becomes visible if you first choose 'Open selected...' from the toolbar.

I do note that Jan has stated this has been fixed. However, until that fix can be posted, another way to resolve the issue is to click the File menu, move the mouse off the File menu (say to the Projects menu) then back to the file menu. Now when Open SPECIAL/Recent is selected, the recent file list will appear.
