carbonize:Ilya:Thank very much for the nice editor!A very-very small error: the About Dialog shows the 2342 version, not 2341.
Ilya
At a guess that would be because the Delphi IDE automatically increments the build number with every compile and Jan had to compile a new version to fix the drag & drop issue which resulted in the build version getting increased by 1.
I don't have autoincrement activated. But I increase build number to be able make a difference between version with drop file problem and fixed version

Same wish: Please correct Wordwrap problem.
All the best.

Just a small note.
In build 2342 the New file shortcut (Ctrl+N) is not working. Instead of this it adds a new line in the currently opened file.
No need to fixed just for me ... i fixed it with the resource editor. Everything else seems fine.

Resource Editor? Next time use program settings / Keymap instead

I can confirm GREP's note:
2335 - the "Ctrl+N" opens a "New file.." dialog window. Like menu's File->New. The "Shift+Ctrl+N" opens a new file with a default extension without any dialog.
2342 - the Ctrl+N adds a new line in a opened file above cursor's position; and Shift+Ctrl+N - has the same behaivor as 2335 - opens default new file.
In both editors (on 2 machines) the Keymap is the same.

I would say I feel quite ignorant right now - I never paid enough attention to this part of the options ... but it always feels better to go deep into the guts and tinker for a while
PS: 10x for the advice.

I can't confirm this. Ctrl+N works normally for me in build 2342.

For me, when I start PSPad, the list of recently opened files is empty. It only becomes visible when I first close a file I am editing. Does anyone else see this, too?

I can confirm this. Addition: 'Special/Recent files' becomes visible if you first choose 'Open selected...' from the toolbar.
Posted by: grep | Date: 2009-02-18 16:46 | IP: IP Logged
I also confirm that.
The menu open SPECIAL/RECENT shows the recent files after I open and then close a file or when I click the open SPECIAL/RECENT from the tool bar.
