After file close PSPad folder is set as the working directory. This prevent to lock file folder.

Did you use current german language file from the CAB archive?
.\Lang\Deutsch.ini
I guess you unpack it without subdirectories, all into one folder

Thanks for you ongoing work on this great editor.

I would like to see the 3 State-Checkboxes replaced with dropdown controls. It is very hard to understand (especially the "Auto Open New File After Start". It is nearly impossible to understand which state (on, off, "grey") means which setting. A drop down that says "Never, Always, Only if..." would be much more user friendly. The same goes for the File tab checkboxes. I find them very confusing. It would be slightly more helpful if the statusbar included the state in the description (On = Show always, Off = ...)

Please, please replace the three state checkboxes with dropdowns.

if there is a new syntax file it is not in the cab.

Hi, is smart file tab switching working properly? I had difficulty in previous beta... and also in this realease.
Very strange behaviour. Sometimes I think I got the point, but sometimes it is switching randomly.

1. New stable version of SynEdit available!!! sourceforge.net - you should integrate it for the next build. I hope it fixes the tab / window formatting issues.

2. PSPad works in Vista, but the window never remembers your toolbar placement settings in between sessions.

3. The About panel has a title of "O programu PSPad" in my English version.

The old PSPad 4.3.3 uses SynEdit, the new 4.5 uses UniSynEdit (Unicode version).
