when an open file is modified by another program, PSPad asks whether to reload the file. Answering YES, the previous version reloaded the file; this version instead loads an empty file. The version I use is 64B, 5.0.6 (589) from 04/08/2021.

tested with current 5.0.7 build (developer forum) and it works without problems
