For compiling you can set the type of log win to Memo. The memo is a RichEdit. Is there a way to color the lines of the RichEdit differently?

Memo isn't RichEdit, memo is plaintext memo.

Too bad. But thanks for the answer!

What do you want to colorize?

At the beginning of a line you can write different characters (always 1 character per line), then the line is shown in a certain color (e.g. "!" = red, "+" = blue). Depending on the importance of a line, the line can be shown in the corresponding color.

Maybe you could add a RichEdit, including log parser (or replace the memo)? In VBScript "logSetTypeRiEd", "logSetLineColor(Color)", "logSetLineBKColor(Color)", ...
This is NOT an important feature. If it is too much work, put it at the bottom of your todo list.
