Main menue ALT-Hotkeys not functional at German language

Hello

here are conflicts hotkeys with assigned shortcuts.
The only way is modify Deutsch.INI and move hotkeys to another letters.

Contact Stefan - author of German translation and make some deal how to modify it.

Char & makes hotkey in the menu caption.

Please note:

-For menu item like first Menu "&Datei" (Alt,D)
press and release the Alt key, next press D

-For non-menu shortcuts like command "Insert-Date", use Alt+D together
