Encoding -> 1251 (Russian)

It doesn't change anything.

In another editor, the change works, so it's a bug in PSPad

Please add the function: Auto-encoding Detect, without having to choose the default encoding between UTF-8, 1251 and 1250 all the time

If you want to switch on autodetect encoding, do it in encoding menu. The option is there, click on it.

If you load page with wrong encoding, change proper encoding from menu and reload document (Ctrl+R).
