XML Kills Beta

I've updated my copy of PSPAD to the beta version and every time I go into an XML file, PSPAD completely locks up (it doesn't even display the XML first).

I've tried uninstalling (and deleting the entire folder) and reinstalling from the installer and then applying just the 32b beta patches as well as the 32b and 64b patches. Same result.

What PSPad version do you use? Th current 5.0.1 build 283?
Can I have any XML file what causes PSPad lock?

"stucks" means:
the editor pane with the xml input is shown empty and with no cursor.
you can open another editor pane (create new file) but you get no cursor and no ruler is displayed.
you can only close the program (dialog "do you want to save ..." is shown)

I tested current build 5.0.4 but I didn't find any problem with your XML.

it was the portable version.
i "reinstalled" (unzipped) pspad and it works now.
(i should have done it before).
