unbelievable
he is incompetent to understand even the simplest basics, even if we point him to the right direction
perhaps this all is a psychotropic experiment of a student only and we are the object

1. There is no such "FREE" forum EditPad
I use "Lite version" "Lite"(free) version not support forum.
2. I have tested only the whole string line and worked an 100%
3. Tested individual names in the text and NOT WORK because..Probably should be select, to set something in the program but do not know what.

And I don't know the tool you are using (the forward window on your picture). Did you try to ask it's authors?

It's hard, cause present schools doesn't teach nothing except copy/paste. They don't teach students to think, to learn themselves, explain them things, give them examples. I see it on my daughter.

Works only Search / Replace
It does not work Search / Copy lines
