I wrote it in my first answer!
Click on the menu Project and on the bottom is list of your recent projects. Open your project.
Or you can open project by simple use Project / Open and navigate to your PSPad project file
Or click on the small arrow next the open project button and there is again list of your project files. Choose the right to open it.

Run PSPad and always opened (automatically opened all the tabs).
I started with one tab and then more and more tab until suddenly - everything has been removed...
2 files has been overwritten or replaced when I opened the text file
PSCache.BIN
and
Recent.ini
Previously - the larger size is now smaller size (2 files)

Where is the option to recover?
There was some internal unknown bug that the program that the whole project has deleted or over-written? And now I have lost data and never did not get back?
For example. Missing an entry "[SaveWork]" (it was removed from the entire list)
