Zen Coding changed it's name to Emmet a while back and also has had some vast improvements since the old Zen Coding script for PSPad. You can get th enew and improved version from github.com just put it in the scripts/jscript folder.
docs.emmet.io explains more.

Hey Guys!
I used PHP Stylist 1.0 plugin (http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpstylist/ by Mr Milk), but it had a few bugs. It would strip out your opening and closing <?php and ?> tags, the spacing on the first line was incorrect, and I'd get a WHS error (Support for "JScript" active scripting not found! Install WHS with requested language support) message when using the plugin.
I fixed all of these issues in version 1.1!
You can download it here:
Please test and let me know what you think! It's not perfect, but it works a lot better than the original. Also, I would recommend styling the entire document, as partial selections can cause spacing issues at times.
Could this updated extension be added to the main extension downloads?

Enhances native CTRL+(SHIFT)+RIGHT/LEFT cursor position behavior.
With this extension, cursor positioning and text selection is more efficient using behavior modeled on UltraEdit/TextPad
WHAT'S NEW
Move current or selected lines up/down using CTRL+ALT+UP/DOWN.
Customize cursor behavior in the menu: Scripts > Ingkcpos > Settings

Unpack the zipped download into

Additional notes are available on the project site sourceforge.net and within the comment header of the script.

Is a local PHP server (like with XAMPP) mandatory to be able to use PHPStylist ?

I finally updated the database extension scripts that I originally posted eight years ago and added to the extension library.
The scripts make it easy to query different databases with little effort. Once the ODBC/OLEDB connection string is set up, it is just a matter of adding a reference to the top of the file. You then can execute queries against the database and direct output to either the log window or to IE.
Other functions include generating Insert statements with optional upserts, running templates against SQL output, or running templates against text files.
The scripts were written for SQL Server, but most scripts work against any ODBC/OLEDB connection, including excel.
