New Extensions

Hi, I am using PSPad to complement VS Code.

These are the extensions which I think should be added into PSPad - Haskell, Golang, Scala, R, Julia, and Oberon+.

Just for your thoughts.

Extension = Syntax?
User highlighter (syntax definition) for Haskell, R, Oberon exists. Assign it.
Golang, Julia and Scala don't exists, but PSPad allows you add new syntax highlight.
All you need is list of keywords
