When Trim trailing spaces option was enabled and file was in ReadOnly mode, block selection caused trimming and marking file as modified

But now, being pressed in the end of line, Ctrl+Del does nothing while I expect deletion all whitespace until next line, in result line join.

Two other things relate to file open:
* When file is opened from the command line or Windows Explorer by existing instance of PSPad, it doesn't blink his window on the taskbar. PSPad 4.x did that.
* Same as previous, when file is opened externally, and many tabs already exist in PSPad, it sequentially activates them one-by-one with window redraw, and activates opened file tab only after that. Not so annoying, but looks weird.

I frequently experience that the LINK.INI file gets deleted, to the point that I'm saving a backup for when that happens, could you please check that error?
