PSPad unicode 5.0.7 (659) English

I hope i don't say somethig wrong but i think "Selection Type --> Column Selection" wasn't limited by the setting "Scroll past EOL" nor "Trim trailing Spaces".

I mean with "Scroll past EOL" and "Trim trailing Spaces" unchecked, with "Selection Type --> Column Selection" i could go after the last character to write/past in column.
That's not the case anymore but i'm unable to say since witch PSPad version.

This detection coul be a life savior :

But it does not interrupt the Ctrl+R and the file is still corrupted in return :
