About toolbars icons size inconsistency: it appears that if I use Silk_32 or Pspad_32 or Silk_64 or Pspad_64, there is no more size problem with toolbars.

However if I revert back to Silk_24, or Silk, or Pspad_24 or Pspad, then size problem reappears.

Perhaps also a scaling issue?

I forgot to say that all v5 versions are affected. The last v4 I tested (4.62 2748) is OK.

Problem with toolbar size was found and fixed.
