I think version 5 is ready to be published.
Number of exceptions was significantly decreased (include comparing to version 4)
Now I need to make functional scripting in 64b version, cause it's the only thing.

PSPad help seems to be kind of a modal window.
* open PSPad
* open help with [F1] and use it --> works
* switch back to PSPad with [ALT]+[TAB] (don't close the help)
* open program settings
* switch back to PSPad help (don't close the settings) --> cannot be used at all
* even re-opening help with [F1] in program settings doesn't lead to a "working" window (the help entry is updated correct but the window is unusable, even "close" or "minimize" won't work)

Help is external application, controlled by MS Help application. I can start it with initiate topic only.

Hi Jan,
I only got 1 exception when working not remotely the entire last week, not too bad when compared with version 4.
I have began to work again remotely (RDP) since last saturday, and I got 2 ou 3 exceptions (when pasting code) so far, but no corruption yet.
I will keep you posted if the corruption reappears.
Initial loading time of PSPad is now good, only closing the program is slow.
Best,
TMTisFree

How do you start the external application? I bet it goes away if you start the application not attached to the main executable which has only one side effect: closing PSPad doesn't close the help any more, but I'd say this is better (and maybe even wanted if the help has a "restart PSPad" in somewhere) than the help application blocked by the application it is about.

"Project information" looks very strange (the headlines seem to be written multiple times) on Win10, normal DPI, no size/font/DPI change in PSPad or Windows. Can you reproduce this or should I try to find an online-upload?

Confirmed. I guess it's a first time anybody run this form in PSPad 5. I will fix it

Hi Jan,
I have 14 programmers working with 5.0.0 and really is very stable, the exceptions have not happened for more than a week. The only thing that they are missing is the compilation in separated threadforum.pspad.com, please, if possible priorize this, then I can liberate for more programmers to use this new version.
Thanks for your great job!!
Sandro.
