Thanks for Unicode support.
I have a question about it.
I have installed Windows 7 x64 and I have set English language for non-Unicode programs as default system language. So when I open PSPad with Russian language ini-file, I see Russian menu names - this is as intended
But, when I press right mouse button for the PSPad contex menu, I see garbage (non Russian letters).

Is Context menu non-Unicode?

Added screenshot.
As you can see, all setting items are in incorrect codepage.
But Russian.ini is in UTF8 codepage AND all menu items in Russian shows normal!!!

Please check the "Default language for non-Unicode programs" setting at Control Panel. It should be set to "Russian".

If it already set to Russian, maybe it is old unattended Windows installation bug, still presents in Windows 7 (as I see). It affects non-Unicode Delphi/VCL applications. Under XP, it can be solved by changing Windows theme to any other, then return back. Under modern Windows, you can see here.

The solution is usually to set language to English, restart and set it back to Russian.
This is bug caused by preinstalled OS images from bigger computer sellers.
