User highlighter - added possibility to switch off string escaping
Show color - added possibility to lock all sliders
Open file apointed by selection function works with relative paths
User convertors - extended for unicode replacing. In section [Description] added UTF8List=0/1 option. Strings are stored in UTF-8 encoding

Yay, you found this bug finally . Thanks for the new build.

It was never a bug, it was down to IE9 creating two instances of the scripting engine so that when PSPad asked Windows what engines were available Windows would send a list which included the same engine twice and PSPad just listed what scripts were available for each engine returned. Now Jan just has it ignore duplicate engines.
