FTP Syncronising with server (publishing)
It would be very useful, if it would be possible to update the server mit the modified files in the project.
The tree-structure is there, it would be probably relative easy.
There are two or three extra parameters/Settings needed:
1.) Subfolders: if yes, all subfolders within the project would be syncronised.
It should be enough to name some at the 2nd level if they contain binary files, like pictures. All the subfolders would be checked.
2.) Exclude folders/subfolders.
This may be necessary if a project has client-programs which provide an interface with the website, so must be modified together with the Web-site files.
3.) Exclude files: either full name or pattern like *.ini.
4.) Restructure Project: rename selected folders specified in a list that would be used once and discarded.
Could be in a separate file that would control the changing of folder/file names on the PC, then in the project-control (.ppr) file and then rename the folders/files on the server.

Looks like Synedit got some updates after a long while of apparent death. Reading the SVN log, there are some performance improvements for large/long files, might bee a good thing to take a look and update if it's worth it.

I noticed that with built 2433 when a double-click a text file on desktop (Windows XP) which has an association to PSPad it gets opened empty.
If I though drag and drop it to the PSPad I can view it without problem.
Is this a known issue or a configuration one?

If you use 4.5.7, reregister PSpad in Program settings / System

I do use 4.5.7 but the reregistration refers to the context menu. I'm not talking about the context menu.
I'm just hitting <Enter> on a text file on desktop that is associated to PSPad, the application comes up but does not open the file.

The first option in menu I suggested you is registration for TXT files.
You can do it from Windows explorer side - Shift+Right mouse on TXT file, choose PSPad and check open TXT always in this application

This worked now if reselected via Windows Exlorer.
The previoous post mentioned PSPad's configuration UI tweaking in order for this to work.
Thanks a lot anyway.

Hi
I get PsPad crash when applying Format / Code case change...
This occurs only when a user-defined highlighter is used, it is OK for built-in highlighters.
Can anybody confirm this issue ?
