I cannot see changes. #E0C090 is my system-wide clBtnFace but #E0E0E0 is clWindow.

Now is it ok. Before the text background in the dialog middle had same color as form bellow

I am unable to download this version from the first site due to a 404 error.

The second site does download, but the zip file is shown as corrupt, so I am unable to access the software.

You are right with first site. But second is OK. I downloaded archive and checked ZIP.
