Deutsch (No. 2)

I created an alternative translation that is more oriented on standards (like IE, Explorer, Ultraedit etc.). Enything is translated in german and worked for PSPad 4.3.0 beta (1943). It could be downloaded here:

Please, can you consult it with Stefan Schuck and make one traslation
only ?
I thing one better translation will be better for users than two
separate
