Microsoft Windows language codes

I got this file from Hans Ericson
I hope is should be usefull for all translators.

For your reference here is a link to the languages supported by Windows:

So if you look at that the needed Codepage for Azeri is either
1251 (Cyrillic) or 1254 (Latin) and it should be translatable with:

"
[Common]
DefaultCharset=204
DefaultFont=MS Shell Dlg"

in "Azeri.ini" just like Russian.ini and Ukrainian.ini,so UTF8 should
not be needed ...

And if you look there this information is for Hebrew:

0x040d Hebrew (Israel) he-IL Hebr 1255

,so it should be saved in the Codepage 1255 and needs a
Hebrew scripted font...

what is 204?
i see only 1255 and 0x123
