Program Settings | Key Map
The window with the function groups overlaps the window with the individual functions

Also Overlapping are the Tabs.
The lower part overlaps the Document.

Sorry, false Alarm...
After changing the Setting of "File Tabs Style", the Tab placement was Correct.
Probably an Error with the "old" PSPad.ini File.
