The accents above Cyrillic capital letters are incorrectly displayed

The accents above Cyrillic (Russian) capital letters are incorrectly displayed (shifted one character to the right).
(Accents over lowercase letters are displayed correctly.)
Moreover, when text is selected (highlighted), a space appears inside the word (behind the accented letter)
Example:
ма́ма
МА́МА (accent appears on М instead of А)

After selecting:
ма́ма
МА́М А

Use another font, e.g. Fira Code, privided with PSPad (menu Format / Font)
