Bad codepage detection when file starts with Úš

#1 Bad codepage detection when file starts with Úš

If a Windows-1250 file starts with the combination of characters Úš (note, case is important, úš doesn't cause this), PsPad stubbornly insist on opening it as UTF-8 and obviously complains about bad UTF-8 encoding. PsPad 5.0.7.775, Windows 11.

Diky, prověřím.
Jde to i tak, že po otevření souboru se změní kodovani na 1250 a soubor se prenacte (Ctrl+R)
Pak by melo zafungovat to vynucene, v tomto pripade 1250
