Parse error at www.pspad.com

Just in case monitoring failed, at this moment www.pspad.com page shows only header followed by error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '>', expecting end of file in /home/www/pspad.com/public_html/www/include/page/inc_root.php on line 151
