Access Violation when closing PSPad

".m3u8" files are set to be opened with PSPad by default.

how to reproduce the error:
- open windows explorer
- double click file "index-v1-a1.m3u8"
- PSPad automatically starts and with file opened
- Close file in PSPad
- Close PSPad
- PSPad terminates and Windows reports application error "access violation"

If I repeat this with exactly the same file but with file type changed from "m3u8" to "log" no error is reported.
