PSP opens unwanted windows at start

After _launching the computer_ and start, PSP opens with two additional windows.
(file list + links). Last week i activate "View/Tool Panel" and played a little bit with this feature. Now it is normally deactivated but the separate windows still appears at start.
After closing these windows and restart PSP all is clean.

Dock windows into left panel (drag and drop it there)

Thanx for the hint and sorry for describing this problem as a "Bug".
I think i get old.
