Problem identified.
My server (1&1) isn't able to send eMails correctly.
Gmail does it!

Webhosting replay:
Sender's mail server is on several blacklists, this is reason, why mails are blocked.

It seem that server 1&1 is at more blacklists cause declaires (more or less hidden), that it can't send mails to Outlook recipients.
What a blame for a million user server.
