Steps to reproduce in PSPad 5.0.2:
1. Maximize PSPad window.
2. Minimize PSPad window.
3. Open a file from Explorer through context menu (using PSPad's shell extension).
4. Observe that PSPad is now shown in windowed (restored) mode rather than in maximized mode.
