Position of toolbar section is given.
You can switch off unused sections in the View menu

my problem is a little bit different
all the icons that I have visible in the bar I give them use
but when I change the window of the maximized state to restored, the program moves the bars and accommodates them in a second level (while it is in that state it is perfect)
but when I return to put the window maximized, the bars that went down 1 level do not go back to its previous position removing space on the screen
for example (you can open it to see better) :
maximized windows
restored windows
maximized windows (again)
see???

There isn't enough space to show toolbars in one line.

When I maximize window, it reorders panels and all panels should be in one line.
