It's topic from 2006 year. Another hosting, there was folder with old builds. This folder doesn't exists anymore

Developer builds are available in the pspad developer forum, but I am afraid they will be available from 4.5.8.
In my archives are 4.5.0 to 4.5.7 versions if you are interested.

Some older version 4.5.7 and 4.5.8 contains budled offers in installer, but it doesn't work. Anly antivir will warn you. Use portable archiver, they was clear always.
