I have the following text:

The hex representation:

Press Alt and vertically select "CAST("
Now press Delete
Oops!

CASE
It only occurs with ver 312. Never have this problem before

Tested just now and can't confirm. Maybe there are some tabs before the text, what I don't see in this thread.
Do you use 32b PSpad version?
